- 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 small bag shredded cabbage
- 8 cups water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups tubular (ditalini) pasta
- Throw everything into a crockpot except the pasta. Simmer on low heat for 6-8 hours.
- Cook pasta separately according to box directions.
- Add desired amount of pasta to bowl. Add hot soup.
- Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
