Today our lives are very busy and stressful.  Taking time off from work or trying to schedule routine office visits can be a hassle and we often neglect our own well being while taking care of others.  I am very excited to offer Nutrition and Wellness Consultations in a way that is convenient for you: by phone or online video-conferencing!

Working with a professional with expertise in nutrition and wellness offers you the ability to take charge of your health and well being, and fit it into your busy schedule! I am a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, with professional training that can help you to identify your goals and actions for making positive lifestyle changes.

Did you know that Nutrition & Wellness consultations are an effective way to treat or prevent many chronic diseases?

Often the benefits of a good nutritional and wellness plan can bring about a reduction of complications or the need for more aggressive types of treatment.

Consultations do not take the place of medical advice but they can help you to stay on track, try out new healthy behaviors, and celebrate your successes.

What to Expect For Consultations:

A nutrition and wellness session usually lasts about 45 minutes, give or take a few minutes.

Clients are asked to fill out a nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire in advance, which provides information about eating habits, lifestyle, and medical/family history.

Sessions are structured to establish your goals, and provide you with a starting plan to help you work toward achieving those goals.  You may be provided with a goals list, an eating plan, menus, or reading materials. One-to-one sessions are by phone or video conference. When we work together, we create a personal program for improving your health.  I will motivate and guide you while helping you set goals you can achieve.
